Booking Policy
How bookings work with InternationalTours.pk, from first enquiry to travel.
Send us your destination, dates, travellers and departure city via the quote form or WhatsApp. We reply with a tailored, itemised quote — usually within two hours during working hours.
To confirm, you accept the written quote and pay the deposit stated in it. Deposits secure flights, hotels and visa processing and may be partly non-refundable because suppliers charge us at this stage.
The balance is due by the date shown in your quote, typically before ticket issuance or visa submission. Late payment can lead to changes in price or availability.
You provide the documents on the checklist we send (passport, photos, supporting papers). Accurate, timely documents are essential for visas and ticketing.
Prices are confirmed in your written quote in PKR. Website prices are guide placeholders only. Fees already incurred (visa fees, non-refundable fares) are not returnable.
